Indian travelers have been going places as travel industry is booming. The important trend to notice is elevation in the percentile of young travelers flying oversees every day, every month! India has, as a matter of fact become the fastest growing outbound travel market in the world.

With settling economy, increasing disposable incomes as well as the vital role played by feeds from various famous social media platforms making the potential travelers aware about where to travel, when to travel and where to stay.

Stress at work over a period, takes a toll on productivity and health. Any job can have stressful elements, even if you do what you love to do. According to a study conducted by The Global Coalition on Aging (GCOA), stress levels significantly reduce within two or three days of taking a trip abroad.

And why not travel to learn? Another important reason to travel is the fact that travel improvises one's knowledge. There is no better learning besides learning while one is on the go and towards seld discovery. The knowledge gained further gives advantage to pickup the right job opportunities relevant to global marketplace and to help them adjust in ever changing environment.

A CAPA survey results show that India's millennials are more adventurous and confident and more inclined towards discretionary consumption of activities such as travel, as opposed to saving. They prefer independent travel over group tours. In the survey, a notable growing interest is also reported towards South America, Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Which means, the young Indian travelers are less concerned about the availability of Indian food or whether English is widely spoken in the destination they choose to travel, and are thus open to experiences first hand.

Travel is not only approachable but is also cheaper then anyone could ever imagine. There are various blogs and startups dedicated perfecting the art of 'budget travelling'. Lots of corporate travelers are traveling to reduce the work related pressure and most of the trips planned are towards abroad. It is not shopping, but relaxation that now tops the agenda when a trip overseas is planned. There is a lot at stake while planning the trip from the bucketlist – relaxation, memories, social media moments and souvenir as you only live twice and travel is your second chance.
