Mr. Harvinder Singh Duggal, is well recognized in the Aviation - Travel industry in India and abroad, as a successful entrepreneur and businessman. Mr. Duggal spent the first nine years of his professional life with Tata Group of Companies. He established Minar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi in 1992 with a modest beginning which has grown into Minar Group of Companies. Every day for the past 30 years, Mr. Duggal has been leading his team with the same passion & zeal that he had since Day 1 and that is what separates him from the rest. He has been conferred with "Hall of Fame Icon" award by Today's Traveller, a leading travel publication house in India. For him, Minar is not something he does; it's who he is.
Mr. Paramjit Singh Duggal, a banking professional at multinational ANZ Bank, before he took on the role of Executive Director at Minar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Duggal joined in 1996 in the growth story of Minar and now looks after the Finance and Admin of the Group Companies. He has been in this industry for the past 26 years and coordinates with our offices across the globe. Currently and for the past tenure, he is an active member of the Executive Committee of IATO. Most recently Mr. Duggal has been conferred "The Gallery of Legends Trophy" at India Travel Awards 2018 for his excellence in the field of travel, mice and hospitality industry. His personal philosophy of "self- belief and hard work" is the recipe to Minar's success.
A fashion enthusiast graduated from NIFT Chandigarh, with specialization in "Designing and Marketing". A strong passion to travel pursued her to get into the family business of travel. With rich experience of over a decade, Jasmine's advice is sought by leading travel brands ranging from core aviation sector to various luxury travel brands. Jasmine is well known in the travel industry for her result-driven approach to ensure all of Pathika Representations' clients receive excellent strategy based campaigns where achievement is the bottom line. She is seen constantly motivating and leading her team from the front.
Mr. Madan Kak holds a master's degree from Kashmir University and chose a career in the travel industry as his calling over a government job. Mr. Kak, a veteran in the travel industry, joined Minar in 2011 as the COO. Before joining Minar, he was the Sr. Vice President at TCI. He has spent more than 45 years in the industry in cross functional roles. During the course of his career he has managed multi aspects of the business including Operation, Sales, Vendor Management and Quality Control. Loved by all, his relationship with industry partners is his biggest asset. A great strength to the company, in his present role, Mr. Kak is responsible for managing Inbound, Domestic and MICE Business for Minar.

I am drawn to color and the beauty around me and am always drawn towards art and design. I am a makeup addict with a geeky love for documentaries and Starbucks.
